Easy Carnivore High Protein Bread


1 cup of egg white protein

1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup of water


Whip in mixer until fluffy and stiff. Pour/smooth into bread pan and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Cool, slice, serve.


I keep it simple and just eat it with a smear of butter. It also makes good french toast, grilled cheese or garlic bread.

For those that want to know, the entire loaf is 780 calories, 10g carbs, 10g fat, 130 grams protein. You turn it into any number of servings you’d want and just do the math.
