Have you tried getting food sober on your own, but just can't seem to stop "falling off the wagon?"
Private coaching might be just what you need to stay accountable and build a solid foudation of food sobriety.
Mary's Private Coaching Program
**Initial Up To One Hour Call**
Our first call (upto one hour) we will talk about your history, what you want from coaching, your goals, we'll discuss a plan of action and accountability.
We will get to know each other a little and set the terms of your accountability and what to expect from me.
**Monthly 30 Minute Check In Calls**
Each month you'll check in via Zoom and we will reflect on your victories and struggles, talk strategies to navigate any challenging scenarios in your life and discuss anything related to your recovery that needs to be covered. We also discuss your work/journaling from the Food Freedom lessons.
**Education and Inspiration**
Regularly you'll receive info from me in the Food Freedon Tribe forum. These posts are a variety of education, inspiration, links to valuable resources and reminders for group calls and events that are applicable during our time together.
**Daily Communication With Coach Mary**
As a private coaching client you have daily access to me via Voxer messaging app - text and voice - so that you can ask questions when they come up, message when you are struggling or to report a victory.

**Access to Online Food Freedom Course and Tribe**
The Food Freedom Course is the heart of my coaching program and I also have a online Food Freedom Tribe community where you can chat with others about your experiences in recovery from food addiction and eating disorders. Included is a video library, 4 monthly group Zoom calls, and an online forum.
**Optional Custom Fitness Programming**
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength Training For Women Specialist, I offer fitness programming custom to you and your goals. This is optional and if you want it, you just need to let me know. Working out will always be encouraged by me!
FAQ's
How long is your coaching program?
6 months.
Why can't I do just a month or two of coaching?
The sort of short answer is that it takes time to build a solid foundation of food sobriety. It would be a waste of your time and my time to just do a month or two of coaching. We can't get anything super meaningful done in that short time frame. In my experience working with people it takes at least 2- 3 months to get past the honeymoon stage and into a groove.
Most of my clients are with me at least 6 months to a year and oftentimes longer.
Will you tell me exactly what to eat and what to do?
No, but I will teach you what you need to know in order to be confident in making food decisions. I will teach you how to use the tools and strategies to develop your skills in overcoming your food addiction and eating disorder behaviors.
