A four-week group designed to help you pursue your weight loss and fitness goals while staying grounded in the food sobriety principles that protect your recovery.
Whether you have never exercised a day in your life, you are starting over again, or you have struggled to stay consistent with fitness, this group will help you build a realistic approach you can actually follow.
Maybe you’ve tried to get serious about fitness before, only to go all-in for a few weeks and eventually stop. Maybe you keep telling yourself you need to exercise, but you have no idea where to begin. Maybe you’ve struggled to figure out how fitness, macros, and weight loss can fit into your life without losing sight of your food sobriety.
You can pursue health, strength, fitness, and weight loss while honoring the food sobriety principles that have helped you repair your relationship with food. The way you pursue those goals matters.
A four-week experience where we are going to focus on fitness, macros, mindset, consistency, and food sobriety so you can start making meaningful progress toward your health and fitness goals.
You do not need fitness experience. You do not need a gym membership. You certainly do not need to love working out. You need a starting point, a realistic plan, and the willingness to practice consistency.
✓ Daily coaching content focused on fitness, nutrition, macros, mindset, consistency, weight loss, and food sobriety.
✓ Two LIVE Zoom coaching calls where we can dig deeper, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and help you apply what you are learning.
✓ A private discussion and support forum where you can connect, ask questions, share wins, and get support throughout the four weeks.
✓ Downloadable companion PDFs to help you take what you are learning and put it into practice.
✓ Accountability to help you follow through long enough to begin building habits that can continue after these four weeks are over.
You can start now.
Spend November learning how to approach fitness and your goals differently, and head into the end of the year knowing you finally followed through.
We are going to take the confusion out of fitness and nutrition and focus on practical strategies you can use in your real life. Food sobriety stays at the foundation while we work on building strength, improving fitness, supporting weight loss, and creating habits you can actually sustain.
Learn how to start where you are, choose exercise that fits your current fitness level, and build strength and movement into your life without believing you have to become a gym rat to get results.
Understand the basics of calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat, how they relate to your goals, and how to use that information within the framework of food sobriety.
Learn how to stop relying on motivation, work through the all-or-nothing thinking that keeps derailing you, and develop habits that make consistency much more realistic.
Learn how fitness, body-composition goals, macros, and intentional weight loss can fit alongside food sobriety while keeping recovery principles at the center of the decisions you make.
My goal is to help you use these four weeks to learn, practice, experiment, and build a stronger foundation so that when November ends, you have tools and habits you can continue using on your own.
You’ll have spent an entire month practicing a different way of pursuing your goals, with guidance, education, accountability, and food sobriety woven into the process.
The goal is progress you can build on long after our four weeks together are over.
You do not have to be fit before you join a fitness group. You simply need to be ready to start working toward your goals from wherever you are right now.
You can be a complete beginner or someone who already knows her way around a workout. You start from where you are.
Everything will be housed inside our private Fit, Fab, Food Sobriety community, giving you one place to learn, participate, ask questions, and stay connected throughout November.
Throughout the four weeks, you’ll receive focused coaching around fitness, macros, nutrition, mindset, consistency, weight loss, and food sobriety.
We’ll meet live twice during the program to dig deeper into what you’re learning, answer questions, work through challenges, and help you make adjustments along the way.
You’ll have a private discussion space where you can ask questions, share your progress, talk through struggles, celebrate wins, and connect with other women doing the work alongside you.
You’ll receive downloadable PDF resources designed to help you apply what you’re learning instead of simply consuming information and moving on.
The group will be hosted inside my private online community, which you can access from your computer or mobile device. Once you enroll, you’ll receive instructions for joining the group.
I believe you are allowed to want to lose weight. You are allowed to want to get stronger, build muscle, improve your fitness, change your body composition, and feel better in your body.
I also know how easy it is for women with a long history of dieting, binge eating, compulsive eating, and food obsession to approach those goals in ways that eventually send them right back into the same exhausting cycle.
That is one of the reasons I created Fit, Fab, Food Sobriety. I want to teach you how to pursue fitness and weight-loss goals intentionally while continuing to honor the principles of food sobriety.
You do not need to become obsessed with fitness. You do not need to spend hours in a gym. You need education, realistic expectations, consistent action, and enough time practicing these skills for them to start becoming part of how you live.
Four weeks of coaching, education, accountability, and community.
Maybe you have bought programs before. Maybe you have joined gyms, downloaded workout plans, tracked your food, set goals, and promised yourself that this time you were finally going to stick with it.
Then life happened. You missed a workout. You had an imperfect day. Your motivation disappeared. A few missed days became a few missed weeks, and eventually you stopped altogether.
That pattern is exactly why we are going to spend time working on mindset, habits, realistic expectations, and consistency during these four weeks. You need to learn how to keep going when motivation is low and when life does not cooperate with your plan.
✓ Showing up even when you do not feel motivated.
✓ Adjusting the plan when life gets messy instead of abandoning it.
✓ Recognizing all-or-nothing thinking before it derails your progress.
✓ Setting goals that challenge you while still being realistic for your life.
✓ Building evidence that you really can follow through with yourself.
You don’t need a perfect November.
You need a November where you keep showing up.
